about the grant
APPLICATIONS FOR UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON (UNIVERSITY OF LONDON) INSTITUTE OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR EDUCATION FOR NON-EU STUDENTS TO THE UK ARE NOW OPEN. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT HOUSE (ISH), THE UCL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION (IOE) IS PLEASED TO PRESENT NUMEROUS AWARDS TO ELIGIBLE NON-EU STUDENTS. APPLICANTS ARE THEREFORE INVITED TO APPLY FOR THE INTERNATIONAL IOE-ISH SCHOLARSHIP FOR STUDENTS AT THE CENTENARY HOUSE, AS WELL AS THE MARY TREVELYAN CENTENNIAL GRANT, WHICH BEGAN IN HONOR OF THE ISH FOUNDER.
UCL PROFILE: FOUNDED IN 1902, UCL IS CURRENTLY HOME TO MORE THAN 8,000 STUDENTS ALONG WITH 800 SUPPORT STAFF. IN DECEMBER 2014 UCL BECAME ONE COLLEGE SCHOOL FROM UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON, NOW REFERRED TO AS THE UCL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION (IOE).
scholarships will go to cover full tuition fees for selected students for the entire duration of the master’s degree program in choice. in addition, you will be able to cover accommodation costs during your stay in london through this grant.

eligibility criteria:
to apply for this grant, make sure that the following application requirements are met

you must be a citizen/citizen and residing in a low- or middle-income country. (countries with a gross national income of no more than $8,000 per capita) will be considered

applicants must have applied for admission and received an unconditional offer.

YOU SHOULD PLAN TO STUDY FOR A FULL-TIME MASTER’S DEGREE IN LONDON AT THE UCL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION FROM SEPTEMBER TO OCTOBER 2022.

applicants must not have lived or studied in the uk at the time of their application.

you are there advised, in case you have not got after admission. submit your application for the degree program of your choice. only after receiving an unconditional offer will the scholarship application be considered.
general entry requirements are for the master’s degree program at university college london as follows:

typically, you will be asked to obtain a second-class bachelor’s degree in the uk on a related subject (this may include english, languages, languages and communications),
-
if you obtain your certificate from outside the uk, you need to obtain an external qualification with a similar standard.

applicants who have not been taught in english will be required to demonstrate an adequate level of english proficiency.
