About the scholarship

Students from all over the world can apply for a fully funded vocational training. All undergraduate, masters and doctoral students can apply for this internship program. Before further notice, selected interns are supposed to be working remotely. Students will not be required to pay any entry fee.

The OECD Summer Internship Program is designed to attract talented and influential students from diverse backgrounds to the organization so that the Secretary can serve on mentoring initiatives for the organization’s overall strategy and organizational work. The Cooperate The Young Professionals OECD Tour 2022 is now open to all students, with the main objective of enabling good applicants to develop their intellectual and technical skills in an international environment. Most of the internship programs are headquartered in Paris, France.

Funding:

The length of the internship is full-time (40 hours/week) for one to six months (renewable for an additional six months up to a total of 12 months). To get the best possible insight into employment at the OECD, the OECD allows potential interns to stay for up to six months. The OECD will pay the interns approximately 700 euros per month for lifetime employment.

Eligibility requirements

There are courses open to students who:

Enroll in a full-time degree program for the duration of the internship or OECD work specialization in a specific field;
Available for at least one month of training;
Proficiency in one of the two official languages of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (English and French) and the ability to understand or learn the other.
Possess good quantitative and IT skills.
Demonstrate exceptional drafting and communication skills.
