About the scholarship
International students from Commonwealth members can apply for this grant. The Queen
Elizabeth Commonwealth 2023 Scholarship is a unique opportunity to study for a two-year
master’s degree in a low or middle-income Commonwealth country. This is a precious prize
for talented students. This is a fully funded scholarship to pursue a graduate degree.
The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship offers students from Commonwealth
countries committed to making a difference in their society an opportunity to pursue a
master’s degree on a full – cost scholarship in a different country to expand their horizon and
build a global network.
Scholarships target students who are committed to bringing about change in their societies,
an opportunity to change lives for the experience of a new country and culture, to broaden
prospects and to build a lifelong global network

Funding:
The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarship is a completely free scholarship for
master’s degree studies with participating universities. The details of the Commonwealth
grant are as follows:
Tuition is fully funded
Allowance for living expenses (salary) for the duration of the grant
Economic return flights to the host country
