eligibility requirements for university students:
master’s and doctoral eligibility requirements:

students must not be over 30 years of age for master’s degrees and 35 years for phd
-
students must obtain a recognized qualification in their country with a minimum degree (very good) if their final grade rankings are awarded in an estimate.
