International University Graduate Scholarship (GUIPRS). International scholarships at
Griffith University are available for a master’s degree or doctorate in Australia. This is the

available for academic course 2022-23
Almost all academic fields and disciplines are available at the university for postgraduate
studies. The scholarship will provide full exemption from tuition fees, health insurance for the

any part of the world. The duration of the scholarship for doctoral candidates is 3 years and
for master by research is two years.

Eligibility requirements

To apply for Griffith University Research Scholarship, Candidate 2022 must meet the
following criteria:
Not to be a local student, as defined as an Australian citizen student, a permanent resident
of Australia or a permanent humanitarian visa holder in Australia; or a New Zealand citizen,
or an international student.
GUIPRS will not be awarded to a candidate receiving an equivalent award or scholarship
from the Commonwealth Government designed to offset the tuition fees of the HDR
program.
