Selecting KAEF Fellows is a three-step process:

First, all applications are reviewed by US admission experts.
Second, high-ranking candidates are interviewed and tested in Kosovo.
Finally, applications, test scores, and interview results for highly ranked candidates are reviewed by US admissions experts and fellowship recipients are selected. Results will be announced in early summer.
The KAEF program does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, age, race, color, sex, religion, or disability. The competition for the KAEF program is merit-based and open to anyone.
