Eligibility Criteria for Holland Scholarships
Applicants must be nationals of a country outside the EU/EEA, Suriname or Switzerland.
The candidate must meet the requirements for obtaining an entry visa and residence permit for the Netherlands and holland scholarship application form .
In order to qualify for each program he/she applied for, the candidate must meet the specific requirements.
The candidate must not participate in any higher education program in the Netherlands.
Applicants who have completed exchange programs in the Netherlands are encouraged to apply.
