About the scholarship
Applied for a CQ University Grant RTP Stipend from the Australian Government. The
Australian government sponsors the RTP Stipend Grants. Scholarships aim to support
research students by providing them with funding to help them with their living costs while
conducting research to a higher degree.
These scholarships are for both local and international students who have received a
research study program at CQUniversity in Australia. The grant amounts to US $28,597 per
year for student tuition and cost-of-living requirements. The RTP scholarship will also be
offered to local students applying for and receiving the RTP Stipend.
CQ University is ranked among the 600 best universities around the world. Engineering,
technology and their clinical and health courses were also recognized as among the best in
the world. The University receives applications for the grant until December 31, 2022.

If you apply for this grant and you are selected, you will be eligible for the
following benefits:
RTP Stipend scholarships are funded by the Australian Government and
amount to $28,597 per year.
This RTP Stipend scholarship aims to be a living allowance salary paid directly
to the receiver every two weeks through the university payroll system.
The grant is valid for 3 years of full research study at CQ University
CQ University offers two grants (2) under this program.

Eligibility requirements
To submit, you must meet the following requirements:
The grant is eligible for Australian citizens, permanent residents, permanent
humanitarian visa and international students as well as New Zealand citizens.
Candidates for RTP must be local or overseas candidates enrolled in an RHD
course at CQ University.
You should not receive income from another source to support your public
living costs of more than 75 percent of your RTP Stipend during your study.
For local candidates eligible for RTP, they should not receive an equivalent
award from the Commonwealth scholarship designed to compensate for RHD
tuition.

How to Submit
Candidates are not required to apply directly for RTP grants. However, they
are encouraged to discuss their interest in the RHD grant with their
supervisory team. Depending on the outcome of your discussions, you will be
invited by the Graduate Research School to complete the application. Your
request will include the following:
Well written letter of submission
Unofficial version of your CQ University
Relevant documents explaining community participation, model work or
demonstration of leadership
The applicant’s most recent biography
Applicants will be notified by e-mail when scholarships are awarded.
