Before you apply to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), please review the eligibility criteria and required documents required to apply in one of the International Skilled Worker (ISW) subcategories below.
The International Skilled Worker (ISW) category is for skilled workers living abroad who wish to work and live in Saskatchewan. There are three subcategories that international skilled workers can apply to under the SINP.

Before applying to the immigration to Canada
Immigration to Canada To simplify the application process, please ensure that you have the required documents and that the information below is on hand. Applications without the required documents below will be closed and returned to you. A closed application cannot be reopened or considered for a second review. If your application is closed, you will have to start the application process again if you choose to reapply.

If the applicant is a native speaker of an English or French speaking country where they are a citizen or permanent resident, they are not required to submit language test results; However, they will not get any points on the point evaluation of the language.
If the applicant’s intended occupation is a particular trade that falls under the National Occupational Classification (NOC) ‘C’, they must submit valid language test results even if English or French is their mother tongue.
If the applicant is not a native speaker of an English or French speaking country, they must submit language test results.

Nominations may be granted conditionally provided the candidate provides evidence of completion of the MELT and Class 1 license to remove the candidacy conditions.

If you are currently working for an employer offering you the job, you must meet the language requirements that the employer has set in your job offer. The employer will assess your language ability.
If you are not currently working for the employer offering you the job, you have the ability to speak English and/or French at Canadian Language Standard (CLB) 5 or higher.

Note: If you receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) as an Expression of Interest (EOI) candidate, you must log in with the same account you created for your EOI Profile. If you are applying for a job, you will need to create an account.
Complete the various sections of your online application. Scan and upload all completed forms and required documents in PDF format to your online application. Keep the originals for your records.
Save the application, pay the fee and submit your application online.

After applying for the immigration program to Canada
Pre-examination
- Immigration to Canada The first step in processing your application is called the pre-screening. During the pre-screening, your application will be checked for completeness. Your application will be considered complete if all documents listed in OASIS are submitted including proof to support the points claimed in your EOI profile.
If your application is complete, it will be transferred for further evaluation.
If your application is incomplete, your application will be closed and you will receive an email that lists the missing documents from your application. - If your application is incomplete, your application will be closed and you will receive an email that lists the missing documents from your application. An application is considered incomplete when supporting documents are missing or invalid (for example, blank, partially completed, unidentified or irrelevant documents) or the applicant does not provide documentation to support the points claimed in their EOI profile (such as documents to prove connections to Saskatchewan).

The final step in processing your application is called the decision. Based on the assessment, we will determine if you qualify for nomination under the SINP.
withdraw request
Immigration to Canada You can withdraw your application at any time unless a program integrity review is in progress.
Your request to withdraw your application must be sent to [email protected] and include the reason(s) for the request.
If a Program Integrity Review of your application is in progress when we receive your request to withdraw your application, the SINP may deny your application until the investigation of your application is complete.
