all international students are encouraged to apply.

applicants must have graduated from high school.

applicants with dual nationality are not eligible to apply.

the applicant must maintain his or her cumulative rate of 2.7 from 4.3 after a new year.
-
applicants with korean citizenship must be educated outside korea.
