Salary of €18,500 per year
Contribution to fees including fees outside the EU, up to a maximum of €5,750 per year
Eligible direct research expenses €3,250 per year.

Eligibility criteria to apply for the Government of Ireland Scholarship

All international students, as well as students from European countries, are eligible to apply.
There is no age limit for the scholarship.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to a Master’s degree.
Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent to a Ph.D.
The results that await students can also be applied.
If the results of the Bachelor’s examination are not known at the time of application, the Board may make a provisional offer of a scholarship provided that the Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is of first class or upper second class.
