A brief description
For open applications for the EnerTracks Fellowship Program.
Each part-time co-worker continues at his home country’s foundation while participating in training courses prepared and facilitated by agora energy experts.
These multidisciplinary sessions cover a variety of topics such as energy markets, energy system flexibility, research methodologies, among others.
Supplementary materials are supplemented on the Internet and reading materials, departing from group discussions, each of these courses.
With the support of mentors Agora Energiewende, each colleague deals with one transformation specific to their choice. The topic should be relevant
from the perspective of the colleague’s own organization, with a view to transferring lessons to their domestic work.

Program details for the EnerTracks 2022 Fellowship Program:
During the 6-week EnerTracks Fellowship program, participants
will receive the following: about 45 hours of specially
designed sessions presented and prepared
by agora Energwendi teams
included in the daily work
of agora Energywendi’s
Berlin office, directed to one of agora Energywendi’s experts, the opportunity to publish an article on the Agora Energwendi Blog, a trip to agora Energywendi’s Brussels office when the program is completed.

Financial benefit from the EnerTracks 2022 Fellowship Program:
All EnerTracks colleagues receive:
travel grant covering half of the cost of international travel expenses for participants (excluding visa costs).

Eligibility required for the 2022 EnerTracks Fellowship Program:
first, applicants must be citizens of a state receiving official development assistance;
secondly, because of german regulations, participants are personally required to provide evidence
of full protection against sars-co-2 vaccination.
thirdly, applicants must now be staffed or affiliated with a research centre
or other civil society organization and/or academic body looking at energy policy or another relevant area.
as agreed, applicants must have about five years of professional experience in the energy or climate sector at the time of application. they are
looking for participants with leadership potential who are at a “turning point” in their careers, instead of those who fit specific age requirements.
similarly, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university, in economics, environmental sciences, engineering, political science or the
like (preferred master’s degree).
applicants with applicants must have excellent oral and written communication skills in english.
individuals should have a sincere interest in addressing issues of climate change and energy
transformation in their country of origin, straying from a strong understanding of energy systems, energy economics, climate and energy policy, and policy instruments/processes.
applicants must have a high level of intellectual curiosity and humility.
