Eligibility requirements
The student must be a citizen and resident of a qualified developing country
Holds a bachelor’s degree of 2:1 minimum or equivalent qualification.
To be a citizen, permanent resident of eligible EFD countries as listed in the World Bank’s
classification of countries and lending groups as “low income” or “low middle income” as of
July 1, 2021.
