Eligibility criteria:

The scholarship program requires that the applicant for the master’s degree be at the most 30 years and the applicant for a phD at the most 35 years.

For applicants and non-French or English speakers, the french institutions responsible determine the extent of their French or English language abilities appropriate to the fields of study for which they are applying.

And it is not a condition that you have Elts or Twefel to study in English there are universities that accept to study without a language certificate

How to apply

There are several ways to apply.

1- Applying to the university where you want to study separately

2- Contact the University via their email or go to the embassy or contact the party responsible for the grant via this email

3- When you contact the university, embassy or the responsible party via email ask them that you want the application file for the grant. They will send you a file of application and you must fill it out and you will send the file containing all your information to them again

4- When you are accepted to the university that you have submitted to, the University will communicate with the party responsible for the grant and tell them that you are accepted by them and be informed that you are accepted in the scholarship
