about the grant

do you want to study for free? applications for the 2022 government of azerbaijan grant are now open. this is a scholarship that covers all expenses. 10. the government of azerbaijan’s grant is fully funded by the ministry of foreign affairs of azerbaijan. azerbaijan scholarship is open to university students, graduates, phds and general medicine/residency programs. international students from different countries can apply for this program to study in azerbaijan.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ENGLISH PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE IS NOT MANDATORY. NO NEED FOR IELTS OR TOEFL TESTS. THERE ARE NO APPLICATION FEES REQUIRED TO APPLY FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME IN AZERBAIJAN. THE GRANT WAS APPROVED IN AZERBAIJAN ON THE ORDERS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN.

IF WE SEE THAT THE BENEFITS THAT THIS GRANT CAN BE EASY, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ASK FOR IELTS EITHER. A TOTAL OF 40 SCHOLARSHIPS ARE ANNOUNCED ANNUALLY TO STUDY AT AZERBAIJAN’S BEST UNIVERSITIES. ALL EXPENDITURES WILL BE COVERED BY THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS. THE GOVERNMENT OF AZERBAIJAN GRANT IS AVAILABLE IN ALL ACADEMIC/SPECIALTIES FIELDS FOR UNDERGRADUATE, POSTGRADUATE, DOCTORAL DEGREES. funding:

the 2022 azerbaijani ministry of foreign affairs grant is a fully funded scholarship for international students and will cover the following expenses.

• full tuition fees for undergraduates, postgraduate studies, phds and other courses.

• airfare tour international airline tickets.

• MONTHLY SALARY FOR MEALS, ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES COSTS (800 AZN).

• medical insurance.

• visa and registration costs.

• for university programs, the applicant must be under 25 years of age.

• for graduate programs, applicants must be younger than 30

• for a phd program, the applicant must be younger than 40 years old
