About the scholarship
All international students from around the world are eligible to apply for the Mitacs Global Research Internship. This is a 12-week paid internship in Canada for international students. All expenses will be covered under this internship program. Internships are available at more than 70 Canadian universities.
Mitacs’ 12-week summer internship covers a variety of academic subjects, from science, engineering, and mathematics to the humanities and social sciences. Undergraduate, masters and doctoral students can apply. Both men and women participating can apply. The duration of the training is 12 weeks.
This is a fully funded summer internship program in Canadian universities. You will spend the summer in Canada. May to October every year.

Eligibility requirements
He must be at least 18 years old.
Participants come from Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Tunisia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Enroll in a full-time college or undergraduate program.
Arrive in Canada between May 1 and October 31, 2022 and be available to complete a 12-week internship.
Having a valid passport until at least January 2023.
At least one letter of reference from a professor or research supervisor
Detailed CV research experience
Apply for at least three projects, seven at most, and make sure the choice is from at least three different Canadian provinces.
